At FliQi Education, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Our standard processing time is 7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We offer several shipping methods to accommodate your needs. The available options and their estimated delivery times will be presented during the checkout process.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. You can view the shipping costs before completing the checkout process.
For international orders, please be aware that additional customs duties and taxes may apply. Customers are responsible for any such charges.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds will be processed within 1 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
